Awesome vintage or older Hale & Co. writing chair. While seated you write on the right side.  38" tall to back top, 35" wide. The seating height is 17.5". The sitting area is 21" wide by 16.5" deep. Drawers under the seat as well under the writing area.  As shown patina, there is wear to top writing area and the actual seat area. The back is a bit loose and might have been reglued at one time. It does hold together nicely and is sturdy. There is a crack in the wood on the writing area as shown in photos. The writing area is 16" by 20".
