Expandable bottle neck holding section to 10" length or closed to 9" length.  8"exterior measurement.  Gorgeous reticulated pattern featuring grape bunches, leaves and vine pattern. No markings on the metal, it's not silver plate but perhaps silver metal or chrome. Unsure. Good condition with no damage.
