Vintage or older, quality EPNS signed England oval basket with handle. Petite size measuring 7.5" length by 5" tall and 4.5" wide. Handle does collapse as well for multiple uses. Gorgeous pierced or filigree pattern on the basket and herringbone trim on the rim as well as additional cut work.  Coloring as shown with minor gold tints from age.  No broken sections etc.
