Lovely European porcelain compote or pedestal stand. Top rim features blue transferware pattern with gold trim. Intricate Greek Key cuttings on the rim.  Center features a scene of cherubs, angels partially nude at play. Looks like they are laying with blocks.  Interior bottom is marked with blue cursive 3997 over 67. This is most likely European, German or Austrian. No makers mark. 5" tall by 8.5" at top plate section. There are 2 chips on the rim, they are long and sliver like in size. See photos. Gold wear as well. Overall, lovely condition for it's age. So pretty!
