Perhaps barret Ware, definitely marked Burslem England.  Stunning pattern wtih pink roses and gray green leaves. Inner burgundy rim surrounding the large pink rose focal point.  Heavily fluted and scalloped on the wide border rim. Trimmed in gold too!  Good clean condition with no damage; no chips or cracks. Good pattern coverage.  So pretty for mixing and matching.  Shabby chic cottage event, wedding, party etc.
