Stands 8" tall by 4" wide and rim is just 2.5" wide.  There is no mark on this shiny art pottery piece. I found a similar one that is Italian.  Pretty lily or orchid flower design. Almost feels like Belleek but again, no mark. No chips or cracks. I did purchase in box lot at auction with other quality Majolica pces. Good clean condition with no chips or cracks.
