Fantastic antique iron scroll design sides wall rack for towels or light weight blankets, quilts.  2 bars to hold the items horizontally. Back plates to screw into wall. Overall measures 22" wide by 23" tall and about 13" deep. All original patina. The patina does not rub off on hands etc. but you might to clear coat it to make sure fine towels and quilts are protected. No damage.
