PAYING, POSTAGE AND DELIVERY TIMES:
Orders over the weekend will be sorted first thing Monday morning.
The majority of our items are at the warehouse, but some need to be called from various shops but will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Any questions or queries will be answered between Monday to Thursday, if you have any other queries then you can contact 01724 277610 during office hours.
If making combined purchases, either request an invoice or wait for us to send one, MAXIMUM POSTAGE IS £7.99.
If you wish to pay via debit or credit card you can do so by contacting 01724 277610 with your ebay ID, item number and full address.
Any payment by cheque (not credit card cheques) or postal order will be accepted, please contact me first and make payable to Chapmans Angling.
Payment is expected within 7 days of the auction ending, if you do not pay within this time then a case will be opened against you - if you do not want to buy then please don't bid, time wasters are not welcome.
If you have problems paying within the 7 days please contact me and we can agree on a payment date.
ANY OVERSEAS BIDDERS PLEASE CONTACT BEFORE TRYING TO BUY AS WE HAVE TO AGREE POSTAGE TERMS WITH THE COURIERS.
