We usually ship by USPS, using First Class, Priority, Media Mail, and Express. Once an item is paid for, we try to ship the very next business day, however, we do not ship on weekends. If you pay early enough in the morning, it may go out the same day. If there is a method you prefer, that is not listed, contact us, and we will attempt to ship that method for you. We DO NOT make money on inflated shipping charges, or handling fees. We take packages to the post office once a day, in the morning. If you have paid by midnight PST, your package will go out with the mail. Our post office counter closes at 3:00 PST, so if you want something overnight, you must pay early in the day. Please note: The Post Office does not allow tracking on First Class International Packages. If you purchase First Class, we cannot insure it, or track it. Office and indoor lighting, as well as outdoor light will change the color of many stones. We try to get the actual color stones in the photo. Your computer's color settings may give you an off color.
