Payment:

KC Jewelry Collection gladly accept PayPal as preferred international payment method. PayPal accepts all major form of credit cards.

Shipping:

We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal, Therefore please make sure that your PayPal address matches the shipping address.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and holiday) after payment received.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are not completely satisfied with our service or product, please contact me for returns, refund or exchange.

We accept request for returns within a period of 1 weeks after date of shipment delivered, on the condition that the item is returned in it's original state and had not been worn or altered.

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product.

Returns item will subject to shipping and restocking fee. Unless on condition that items are received damage or wrongly delivery good due to our negligence.

Refund will be made after item had been received on our side.
