How do you ship?

 

Next Day Shipping
Orders are shipped next business day.

 

 

 

Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday.  Since the post office isn't open after noon on Saturday we do not ship or fill orders on Saturday or Sunday.  We use the weekends to pull papers, sort inserts, cut coupons and tend to other aspects of the business.  Oh, and we sneak in a little family time and a couple loads of laundry too!

Tax: We collect sales tax only for orders shipping in our state of Texas. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.

What if I'm unhappy with something?

Because of the expiration dates on coupons we do not accept returns unless we make an error in our listing or send the wrong coupon. That being said we do understand things happen ..... 

You order coupons at the last minute and they expire before you can use them ....

We send the wrong coupon .....

 

You order the wrong coupon ......

 

The coupon doesn’t include a product you thought it did .....

 

The post office mangles your envelope and your coupons are ruined or lost .....

 

It doesn't matter what happens, we want you to be happy.  Drop us a quick note and let us know what we did wrong, what you did wrong, or anything else.  Contact us before mailing anything back and we can work out a solution together!

 

 

When do you put the new coupons up?

 

 

I put the new coupons from our local paper up on the site any where from Saturday night to Sunday evening. Out of town papers and inserts typically begin to arrive by Tuesday and continue to come in almost daily for about a week depending on how many we expect that week.  The new coupons in the out of town inserts are listed within a day of arriving.

 

We pull inserts from papers and cut coupons all day Monday and continue to pull papers and cut coupons daily until they are all pulled and listed – usually by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
