This is for a size to fit 3T-5T. Everything is attached to an elastic waistband with a ribbon attached in the back. Ends of the ribbon are heat sealed to prevent fraying. You get to choose your colors, up to 4 colors. Please specify in the notes when ordering. When you receive your tutu please be reminded that you will need to fluff it.
