This is a PEZ Superhero dispenser with Feet. The item has been opened and does not have the original package. It was part of a collection that was found in the attic of the house I moved into. Wonderwoman was made in Slovenia, Spiderman & The Hulk were made in China and all have the U.S. Patent Number of 4.996.305 imprinted in the plastic on the side of the dispenser. On the opposite side there is a 5 on Wonderwoman and 6 on Spiderman and The Hulk also imprinted in the plastic.
