Shipping time varies by item if you are ordering a particular item and need it by a certain time please contact us prior to ordering to verify we will be able to honor your request here is the average shipping time by item

Standard Body jewelry: 2-3 days

Fine Jewelry: 2-3 days

Clubwear: 3-5 days

Fashion Jewelry: 3-5 days

Cocktail Dresses/Custom Clothing: 20-30 Days

Accessories: 3-4 days

Shoes: 8-12 days

Although these shipping times are typical sometime things happen beyond our control in the event an item will ship out past our standard time frame we will contact you with an estimate.

Also please note these time frames are our processing shipping time frames and do no way include the USPS time frame so please take that into consideration when ordering also most first class packages take an additional 2-5 days of travel time and Priority takes 2-3 days of travel time to most destinations within the continental United States and may be even longer during the Holidays

International Orders can take up to 21 days to reach their destination and all International orders are shipped via USPS Priority international and can not exceed 4lbs

Return Policy:

For Items Such as Handbags, Fashion Jewelry, Hair Products and Accessories they must be returned in original condition will tags in place and original packaging materials items that are returned damage due to wear are subject to a 30% restocking fee if returning for cash back.

In the event the item is damaged during transit due to poor packaging you will be responsible for a payment of 50% of the original cost of the item.

Return shipping is sole responsibility of customer and is non-refundable

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit, we recommend delivery confirmation when returning a product,
items valued over $150.00 should have insurance also purchased in case of loss

Jewelry Items should be placed in bubble wrap or padded envelope to avoid damage during transit
