- We can only ship to your Paypal Address!
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have questions or
concern either before or after you purchase, feel free to contact us.
- Payment must be received within (7) days of Auction end. In case there
is delay in the payment, buyer is required to contact us immediately,
otherwise Non Paying Bidder Claim will be filed with Ebay after seven days
of purchase, and item will be re-listed. This is not meant to hassle you
but is the ONLY way Ebay will refund any of the fees we paid.
- You are covered by our NON-DOA (dead on arrival) and
wrong items shipped Warranty. If item fails to function
upon delivery, inform us within (3) days. We will provide you return
instructions. Item must be returned within 7 days from the time of
reporting. We will replace or repair the item.
- Our policy allows for
exchanges only. No refunds will be provided.
- If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
- Please note we record all the SERIAL NUMBERS so don't waste time
trying to switch products.
- Buyer need to contact us before sending any item back. We will accept
postage paid returns only after a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA) has been obtained from us. Items must be in original condition
(please do not remove the lens tape). Sending the item back without
notification will reject the item. Buyers are responsible for all shipping
cost. We can not honor warranty if item was tampered with, damaged in
shipping or lost in shipping.
- Please do not refuse parcel because sometimes we ship directly from
our partners and in case of refusal to collect parcel they charge up to
$35 to $65 per shipment. We will make every attempt to repair or replace
the item in a timely manner.
