The pattern is on the underside of the plate, leaving the top clear. The plate has the state flag and bird, with flowers and leaves decorating the rim. The plate measures 9" and is in very good condition, no nicks, chips or cracks and is heavy. Plate is marked on rim, Fostoria 1971.   Shipping will be actual USPS Priority mail or Parcel Post.
