You are purchasing ONE Caution tape tutu, without the tank top in the picture, with the following description:
★Size: Small (24-32")
★Length: 11-12" Long
★Material Color: Yellow Caution Tape and Black Garbage Bags
★Waistband: 1.5" wide solid black cotton waistband with elastic inside. 32" is the absolute largest the waistband can stretch.
★Technique: The tutu skirt is sewn so it is good to go for a long time.
★Other: Because of the fabric it is made out, this tutu is very fragile and can be torn and ruined easily. Do not tug on the tutu and be careful when putting it on and make sure to not get it caught anywhere. The material is thin so I suggest wearing something underneath it. This can be worn over tights, jeans, or even shorts. The outfit possibilities are endless!
★Care: Because of it's fragile fabric, it is best to spot clean any stains with a warm wash cloth and use Febreeze to keep it smelling fresh.


Please keep in mind that your tutu skirt does not exist yet! Once I receive your full payment, I immediately begin on your order. Your order will be shipped within 15 Business Days (M-F). I hand make every item, by myself, so it is very important to have patience when buying. I only accept Paypal because it is fast, safe and secure. Payment must be received within 3 days or an unpaid case will be opened. I cannot begin on your order until you pay.


I ship all of my items in envelopes that I purchase, which is included in the cost I charge. If, for some reason, shipping ends up being inaccurate and off by $1 or more, I will issue a refund for the difference. I ship to the address that is included in your Paypal address. I will not ship to any other address so please make sure your address is correct prior to your purchase.
★USA: Delivery Confirmation is included in all of my packages. If you purchase more than one tutu, you must get Priority shipping otherwise your order will be shipped in two separate First-Class envelopes, due to the weight.
★International: Because I can not get international tracking, as proof of shipment, I can scan the receipt and stamped custom's form from the Post Office. If you purchase more than one tutu, I have to mail them in separate First-Class packages because I can not get envelopes large enough to hold two tutus and Priority shipping is an extra $30+, unless you are willing to pay that (please message me).


The only way I will give you a refund is if I messed up on my half, (Example: You wanted a Joker tutu and I sent a Harley Quinn), otherwise, I do not accept them. Hair extensions and yarn falls are non returnable due to health regulations. All refunds will be given in the same form payment was received once the item has been returned. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I do not allow exchanges. Please keep in mind that once you pay and place your order, there are no changes. If, at any time, you have questions, please contact me. I am always available to answer questions.


If you want this tutu in a different length, message me! I can make it shorter, for the same price, but if you want it longer there is an extra charge for materials. If you have an idea for a different tutu, send me a message. Because I hand make all of my items, doing a custom order is a breeze, depending on what you want.
