Return and Exchange:

·        Please request for return address before return Item.

·        Item must be return in original condition with all parties, open box is acceptable but damager box will not. Also, in any case, if you lose the warranty card (if there is one), item won’t be able to return. The warranty card usually is a white card that has the keyboard information and S/N number on it. It might be in Chinese or English.

·        Fully refund with shipping would only give to any defective or arrived on dead item. 

·        You can refund the item if you do not like it. But in this case I only refund item value, no shipping fees and buyer is responded for return shipping.

Warranty:

·        Keyboards carry one year manufacture warranty.

·        Contact me for return shipping fee, it is up to manufacturer decide who is respond for the shipping cost.

·        LED light don’t have warranty, if LED light DOA, 2 dollar refund for each one (10 dollar max) so you can replace it by your own.
