This lamp is in great working condition. Comes with a 3 prong plug rated for hospital use and can operate up to 15 amp-125V. Cord is about 12' long. With gooseneck fully extended it measures 75" from floor to the top.Adjustable stand measures 30" at it's shortest height. Lamp does have wear and spots of rust, primarily on the base. Bit of elbow grease will take care of it. Top dome is aluminum. Diameter of dome is 6" and 4" deep. Lamp will be broken down and securely packaged with peanuts,foam,and bubble.
