He stands approximately 14 5/8" tall and is 8" wide at his widest point.

This statue is made of strong sturdy plaster and is a great size for home or office decor.

Hermes is known as the of the messenger of the gods in Greek mythology.  He is known as a guide to the Underworld, as the Roman god Mercury, and as the patron of commerce, among many other titles.  Among his many symbols are the winged sandals.
