Howard Carter was a refined British gentleman who lived from 1891 to 1971 spanning the last years of revival in the nineteenth century and through the Charismatic move of this century.
Born with a true gift of artistic talent, he laid it aside to become one of Britain's foremost leaders in the Pentecostal movement. He founded England's first Pentecostal Bible school and helped to establish a major denomination in that country. Howard also educated and influenced students at Hamstead Bible School in London where he as dean for 27 years.
