Item# TNBASX030M New Basil Xtreme! Basil Xtreme is extracted from common basil (Ocimum basilicum). Our Basil Xtreme contains 99% pure methyl chavicol (estragole) and is food grade. This product comes in an amber dropper bottle. This product is sold for use in aromatherapy applications where basil might normally be used. It has an aroma strongly reminiscent of fresh basil. Although food grade methyl chavicol is approved for use in food by the FDA in minute amounts, our product is highly concentrated and not sold for ingestion.
