Offered here is a Stunning Small Antique Vintage Finger Cloth Napkin Ring Holder.
It has the Sword Sterling Silver Marking from Holland.
This is Old Antique Dutch Sterling Silver engraved with the letters: MCR-I (orJ).
In the old days the Dutch did not only use Napkin rings.
It was common to have, beside the Napkin, a Finger cloth, plus ring for it included in the table setting.
This was to reduce laundry.
The rings measure just over 1." or 3cm in diameter by just over 3/4" tall.
Used but in good condition.
Weights about 10 grams
