This is Old Antique Dutch Sterling Silver Ornate Decorated.
In the old days the Dutch did not only use Napkin rings.
It was common to have, beside the Napkin, a Finger cloth, plus ring for it included in the table setting.
This was to reduce laundry.
The rings measure just over 1." or almost 3cm in diameter by almost 3/4" tall.Used but in good condition.
