Gorgeous Antique Dutch Tapestry Completely Hand Made Needle point Originating from Pennsylvania

Placed in the original old oval shaped Frame.

The scene is depicting a 19^th century Old Dutch Couple in Traditional Costumes.

The wool textured needlepoint is done in variety of subdued colors. As to be expected the original colors made have faded a little as this artwork is about 120 - 150 years old.

It is framed in its original antique casing and covered with glass.

The frame shows signs of wear. The white in the picture is where the original paint is missing.

 The back is closed with brown paper. I have not intended to remove the backing.

The frame measures about 15” x 12”. The needle point itself measures 11 x 7 inches.
