Payment Policy
- We accept payment via Paypal and Direct Deposit
Shipping policy
- Item will be shipped within 48 hours after verified payment has been received and showed "Completed" status. This delivery arrangement is excluding our Public Holidays and weekends.
- Australian Orders take 1-7 business days to arrive at specified address
- We ONLY ship nationally
- All parcels are shipped via Auspost.
Return Policy
- ALL returns are accepted for items that are D.O.A ( Dead On Arrival)*
- The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, taxes and insurance back to PTA Gaming
- Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it
- Please allow 3 business days after we receive the item to process your return
- Shipping of the item back to the seller must be made by the buyer*
