My Dear Mrs. Hardon,
The Flowers are Beautiful today and speak to
me of Spring, the only hint hardly I have had so far
that Winter has passed.
But Yesterday I went to my home and the people I love.
~Bronxville~
In the hospital ? and I found the town and the park
a ?!
I am so glad you liked the simple tale of that great war
and it is so good of you to tell what people say.
Life alone is so bad for one.
Wholesome ? from ones family is just as good
in the end, as I hear praise-
but I get neither except from warm hearted friends
like you.
I enjoyed the listeners & as, as I said, for once
in a way I wasn't afraid and once your
eyes and your generious praise are such a help,
I'm always doubting Thomas me...
I want you to come & hear another paper which I hope
to do this Summer for our Bronxville Chanters
and for my friends Philanthropies in town.
