This is a LICENSED keyring/bagclip from Summit Entertainment, LLC, manufactured by NECA. The material has a matte pewter finish, giving it a more vintage look. Also, the background on which the lion sits is of the same silver/pewter color as the embossed symbol.
It has a very detailed representation of the Cullen crest which is the main accent. On both sides are charms - an apple and a heart. The apple, being the "forbidden fruit", brings to life "Edward's" words,
"I had no right to want you — but I reached out and took you anyway. And now look what's become of you! Trying to seduce a vampire." Edward Cullen, Eclipse, Chapter 20, p.454
The heart charm is clearly not a diamond, but it certainly still reminds us of our favorite vampire when he said to "Bella",
"I'll be back so soon you won't have time to miss me. Look after my heart — I've left it with you." Edward Cullen, Eclipse, Chapter 4, p.95
