We offer Return or Exchange options to ensure your satisfaction! To qualify for a Return/exchange you must meet the following requirements: Contact us within 7 days before returning or exchanging the item as we will provide you with the authorization number. The authorization number, along with your name, address, phone number and email address must be included in the return. The item must be returned to us un-opened in its original package within 7 days of receiving your item. The buyer is responsible for any shipping, handling or any other fees involved in the refund or exchange process. The words "no value return to vendor" must be clearly marked on the item package to avoid any extra fees. We will not accept any item with outstanding shipping costs or other freight costs send either by UPS or any other carrier as these force us to incur very high charges and usually incur custom broker fees. Our return shipping address may vary for each item as we ship from different locations. Please contact us first and we will email you the correct return address. Items that are returned to the wrong address will not be refunded or exchanged. When returning the item to our confirmed return address, we may ask you to provide us with a tracking number.
