Rates Of Wharfage On Commercial, Central, And Fort Wharves, Thomaston. 14-1/4 x 10-1/4 inches.  The left edge was trimmed so the bottom width measurement is 10 inches. Handsome printer’s device border. Remnant of tape residue on the upper reverse side. Overall very good condition.
