Garland, Recorder of the General Land Office, with an embossed and applied seal, certificate Number 20363, a well-defined vertical center fold, two less off-center vertical folds, as well as two horizontal folds, lightly soiled, the seal faded from its original red or orange color, but in otherwise fine condition with well-defined and sharp detail of an eagle atop a plow, 1p.
