eighty acres in Edwardsville, Illinois, on vellum and signed secretarially in
proxy by, Martin Van Buren Jr and by H.M. Garland, Recorder of the General Land
Office, with an embossed and applied seal, certificate Number 20363, a well-defined
vertical center fold, two less off-center vertical folds, as well as two
horizontal folds, lightly soiled, the seal
faded from its original red or orange color, but in otherwise fine condition
with well-defined and sharp detail of an eagle atop a plow, 1p. Vellum. Government
