May 28, 1750. 8-3/4 x 12-1/4 inches. Wax seal. Also signed: “George Wyllys” Secretary. Age toning, edge chips, occasional separation at folds. 1-1/2 inch tear below signature of Jonathan Law, lower right. Minor tear. The original page was folded and now separated with the indexing notation on the detached 6-1/4 inch over flap. Overall very good condition. - - - The paper is somewhat brittle with minor edge chips. The paper is pulpish, thus very few of these document have survived. Tear to the interior see in photograph.
