darkened cover with occasional spots and abrasions. Photographs made with Goerz
Lenses by Jamestown Official Photograph Corporation. Includes many architectural
photographs of the buildings that were constructed in Norfolk for the 1907
Jamestown Exposition. The present sight of the Norfolk U. S. Naval base. (few
if any of the included buildings survived). Includes photographs of the Board
of Directors and Officers of the Exposition; including: Harry St. George
Tucker, L.L., D. President of the Ter-centennial Exposition. – Good +
condition. - - - It is interesting to note that other copies that we have seen
of this pamphlet promotional show a different view of the same building on the
front cover but with crowds in the foreground which would be better for the
promotional idea that many visitors want to attend the expo! This may be the
first printing.
