ALS #3: 21 Jan 1889. Treasury Dept. stationary. Marked Personal. Signed, "J. R. Garrison" Concerning the investigations into Edmund Randolph’s accounts "which are still on the books of the Register of the Treasury." Mentions enclosing the included pamphlet of the Senate Executive Document No. 58 - 50th Congress, 2d. Session. 1 page. There are a 3 & 2 inch tear at the upper fold from the left & right sides, also a 3 inch tear from the left side at the lower fold.
