My name is Donald Mol and I have been in the UPS business for over 25 years, have seen many changes over the years. I have experienced manufactures that have been bought and sold and are making product changes all the time, especially now with so much manufacturing from over seas.
A decade ago, your company spent thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars installing a UPS or Robotics at your site. Now, the manufacture tells you, sorry, this system is no longer supported… buy a new one!

When do you need it?
My normal lead time is 3 days or sooner, depending on your order. Why 3 days? I don’t place the batteries in your equipment until I have your order to insure you receive the utmost freshest product possible. After installing the batteries, I will also perform a final charge and test. This prevents shelf time failures.

I can ship United Parcel Serived (UPS) or USPS overnight as late as 5:00 PM EST!
Delivery:
Domestic Customers; Depending on your order, I have most all delivery methods available for you. eMail via Ebay message center using "Ask a Question" below the listing for a carrier preference or freight quote. [Freight customers please note: I use FreightQuote.com and at this time, do not ship enough large items for a good discount, I encouraged you to use your own companies freight service with your existing discounts for the best price. email me for weight size, etc.] Personal pick-ups are encouraged and I will load for free. Day trip delivery from Grand Rapids are also possible, ask for a quote!

- NEW – New Factory Sealed [Ebay - New]
- NOS – New Old Stock - Older, out of production products, maybe the last available, packaging may show wear [Ebay - New Other]
- NOB – New Open Box - Repackaged products [Ebay - New Other]
- MR – Factory (mfg) Reconditioned / Remanufactured [Ebay - Mfg Refurbished]
- SR – Complete Units, such as UPS, Robotic controllers, Rectifiers / Chargers, etc., reconditioned at my facility [Ebay - Seller Refurbished]
- TC – Components such as breakers, fuses, Capacitors, SCRs, etc., Individually tested and certified at my facility [Ebay - Seller Refurbished]
- RW – Tested and certified as a whole, such as Circuit Boards, PLC modules, etc., Removed from Working equipment [Ebay - Seller Refurbished]
- U – Used [Ebay - Used], fully functional equipment in good original condition. boxes will have k/o open, equipment will show normal wear.
- FP – Junk [Ebay - For Part or Not Working]. Not here! I don’t sell junk, not worth my time or yours!
Warranty:
UPSycle’s purpose is to provide hard to find (and at times obsolete) components for your project. UPSycle.com is not a clearing house for junk. Being in the service field myself for over 30 years, I realize how expensive service can get if I can’t find reliable parts. Everything provided is researched, tested before catalogued and then checked again before being shipped, to be a dependable source for you.
- Fuses - obviously can not be warranted.
- Circuit Boards – sometimes are used as a shotgun repair tactic, also can be setup / installed wrong or even programmed wrong. This can cause damage to a good board. Because of this, any item returned will be retested. Once you break the seal on the bag, it is considered a core. Look carefully at the board before you break the seal, if you have any questions, please call first!
- Other components, i.e. Circuit Breakers, Fans, Capacitors, etc. - 60 days
- Equipment / Machines – each item is different, warranty will range from 90 days to a 1 Full Year.
- Extended Warranty and Maintenance Contracts are also available.
Returns:
Did not order the right thing? Not what you expected? Found the one you knew you had all along after all? I have done all this myself. Opps! Just bring it back, no problem. Non warrantee returns are accepted up to 14 days with a full refund of purchase price (less shipping).
Note from the Governor:
All items either shipped to a Michigan address, or picked up by the customer from our location (even if you drive in from outside the state), will be charged 6% Michigan sales tax. Only exception is to provide your tax exempt papers prior to payment.

Any of my products may be posted on other venues for purchase. I reserve the right to cancel any listing when and if my item sells from these other venues. Note for auction style listings! Yes, I will sell to your brother’s son for his girlfriend’s birthday party in Africa. I will ship only after I receive the funds and they have been verified… as in turned into cash! If you don’t have intentions for a legitimate purchase, please refrain from bidding as this is hurts legitimate buyers.
For those who lose or intentionally damage packages or switch, then return the switched item for warranty… This is nothing more than theft. Don’t be surprised when you are turned in to the proper authorities.
