Policies

Shipping: We ship to US addresses only from any of our available carriers.

Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state in most cases. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Return Policy: Please note that we cannot be responsible for items damage during shipment. Please inspect any package you receive before signing for it. If it is damaged, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately and we will get a new item sent out.

If you are purchasing items that are coming via freight line you must have the labor and/or equipment available to unload. You must check the shipment for any damage. Inspect the item thorougly before accepting it. If it is damaged, do not accept it.
Shipments via truck line will come without lift gate unless otherwise requested and piad for. Equipment is large, heavy and difficult to handel. We recommend receiving equipment with fork lift or dock height delivery. If that is not possible you must have an adequate number of men to help uload and inspect on delivery.

We accept returns for defective merchandise not freight damaged. Shipping claims are very difficult to process and time consuming. We will help you with the process but in the end it is not up to us to replace or repair items damaged during shipment.
