  Warranty & Returns:	You are covered by our NON-DOA (dead on arrival) and wrong items shipped Warranty. If item fails to function upon delivery, inform us within (3) days. We will provide you return instructions. Item must be returned within 7 days from the time of reporting. We will replace or repair the item. Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds will be provided. If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note we record all the SERIAL NUMBERS so don't waste time trying to switch products. Buyer need to contact us before sending any item back. We will accept postage paid returns only after a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) has been obtained from us.
