We use FedEx, DHL and EMS, for expedited shipments and Hong Kong Post for all others, plus bulk freight forwarding for larger consignments. Most shipping methods offer on-line tracking numbers, allowing you to follow the shipping progress and providing proof of dispatch. Shipping paperwork and customs clearance are normally taken care of by the courier companies, greatly simplifying the process for importers. Shipping costs will be as indicated at the time of purchase. All goods are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, of confirmed funds clearance, where goods are in stock. Delivery should normally be within 3 to 20 days of the dispatch date, depending on the method of shipment. PLEASE NOTE: We have no control over the deliver process, once the goods are handed over to the shipping agent. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, which may occur. If you are unfortunate enough to experience such a delay, be patient and contact the shipper: Customs can, on occasion cause shipping times to be exceeded. Please refrain from lodging a dispute with PayPal, where that is the method of payment, if you experience a delay, as this is not accepted as a valid reason, by PayPal. We accept no responsibility for any wrong or undeliverable addresses so please check this before ordering. Items will only be accepted as lost, once the shipper confirms this to be the case. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country, for any reason. VAT & Import Duties All our products are sold free of VAT or other duties. These are the purchaser’s responsibility. Warranty All products include a 1 year warranty, unless indicated. The supplied invoice is required for proof of purchase, should a claim be necessary. No claim can be made without this. The warranty does not cover accident, water, abuse, misuse or other human error, resulting in damage to the product. Labour and shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once you have purchased an item on-line, payment is expected within 48 hours. The purchase of any item, on-line, is regarded as acceptance by the purchaser, of both the price and all our terms and conditions. All sales are final. Returns are only acceptable for warranty claims. All items come in original packaging. However, they may be opened prior to dispatch to facilitate quality checks.
