Measurement of lamp irradiance is the most effective way to monitor the useful life of any UV light source. The UVX Radiometer is a user friendly complete ultraviolet measurement system. It is used with one of the three interchangeable sensors for measuring 254 nm, 365 nm and 302 nm UV wavelengths. Sensor calibrations are traceable to the NIST. Linearity is proven and checked not to exceed 1% over the operating range.

he sensors incorporate a unique diffuser which enables it to detect radiation to incidence angles of 81 from the normal. A 1 meter long electrically shielded cable enables you to place the sensor in hand to reach locations. To eliminate any possible instability from hand held sensor readings, a tripod mount is built into the bottom of each sensor. You can select from three intensity settings (0 to 20 mW/cm2, 0 to 2000 microW/cm2 and 0 to 200 microW/cm2) with the convenience of a single push-button. One standard 9 volt alkaline battery (not included provides up to 120 hours of service.
