Re-Punched Date and Heavy Reverse Die Clash!

Here we have a stunning 1866 3 Cent Piece with excellent detail and beautiful original toning. The last photo shows the 1866 overdate especially prominent on the last 6. The third picture shows the heavy die clash evident on the reverse. The entire outline of Lady Liberty's head is visible on the reverse. Start out by looking to the plain field to the right of the roman numeral "III" in the third picture (it's upside down) You will see the outline of her nose, mouth and chin. You can just follow it around the rest of the coin. A truly unique gem and great conversation piece. CHECK THE PHOTOS!
