SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

SHIPPING POLICY

All in stock items purchased will ship within five(5) business days from cleared payment. All out of stock items will have an additional 3-4 day delivery estimate. 90% of all purchases will arrive to your home within 2-4 days from order. For out of stock items, an email will be sent notifying you of the details.

Shipping times are as follows:
First Class ~ 4-5 days*
Priority Mail ~ 3-4 days*

*Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Day ends @5:00pm e.s.t. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted only if the return message is sent within three(3) days of the delivery confirmation date.
Custom designed items are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.  In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. 

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.  Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs, Paypal or credit card fees.  They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
