Other than the obvious wear on the wrap, as depicted in the photos above, the mixer is in overall very good to excellent condition.  It weighs in at 39lbs. and there's a handy carrying handle on the end of the right side (as you're looking at the unit).  I'll ship it UPS Ground, from Zone6, so shipping will come out to approximately $37.00.  Shipping in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, only.  An additional shipping surcharge will be applied for shipping to the last three regions (Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO).  Expedited shipping is offered, but it'll probably be very expensive (maybe more than the cost of the mixer itself).  Buy It Now requires immediate payment.  If an offer is made and accepted, payment must be made within 3 business days of auction's end.  Local pickup is also offered.  If you want to pick it up, please notify me beforehand so that I can invoice properly.  All state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winning bidder. 

This item is sold "as is" but everything works nicely and it's been up on my test bench.  It really does deliver a powerful sound and is portable enough to allow a small band to use it for any number of sound power and reinforcement purposes.  I also have two speakers cabinets (GEM Sound), one of which needs the speaker reattached (but they're both in excellent shape and can handle up to 100 watts).  Local pickup has the option of just taking them along, at no charge.  Non-local winning bidders, I'll send photos of the cabinets and you can decide if you'd like them.  You'll have to arrange for shipping, though.  They're rectangular in shape and not very heavy, but the dimensional weight on them may be a bit high.  Contact me if you're interested in them.
