We very carefully restore our items to the best ready-to-use condition possible.  We are proud to stand behind our merchandise and our service.  Our profit margin is very small in order to widen our customer base.  Since ALL our profit goes to provide for the children of Peru, we hope you will not ask to make a return/refund unless you have ordered the wrong item, or believe we have grossly misrepresented the condition.  Thank you for your patronage.
