Oneida Bakelite? & Silver Plated Biscuit or Cookie Tin

Beautiful combination of what I believe to be bakelite along with silverplate. The design is superb with Birds of Paradise dancing among flowers & vines. I can't find a pattern name for this but hopefully someone is familiar and like to collect this unusual item from Oneida.

Marked on the bottom "Oneida  Lion - Shield OL - Lion"

6 1/4" Diameter x 2" Tall

No damages, extreme minimal marks, looks unused except for wear marks on bottom
