Awesome Subject & Graphics, Great Lettering   This came from a gentleman who was a long-time Shriner in St. Paul, MN.  It has never been hung up, framed or tacked to a wall. The golden yellow rectangle used for writing the times & location has never been written on. This gentleman thought that is was from the late 1960's but could not remember the exact year so could be earlier. The paper is a matt finish, ivory in color, rather thick with a surface with a slight texture to it. You can tell this was meant to be used once. There are "border bleeds" from the inks as this was printed.
