PoliciesShipping: We ship throughout North America and most places around the world using the carriers listed in our order form shipping options. In some cases we may, at our discretion, decline to ship orders to some places due to logistical or risk issues. In such cases, we’ll attempt to contact the customer to resolve the issue and/or submit a refund.Tax: No sales tax (or VAT) is charged on orders shipped out of California. 9.25% sales tax is added during Checkout to orders within California. However, in some special circumstances, we may make exceptions. However, it absolutely must be discussed and approved by us before we will accept any return, or issue any exchange or refund. We always try to go out of our way to please our customers, but there is no guarantee we will accept a return. If we do, at our discretion, agree to accept any return(s) the following conditions must be met by the customer: 1) Product returned must be unopened, in the original sealed container with seal/label/shrink wrapping intact, and the container must be in the same sellable condition as when we shipped it; 2) Customer pays the return shipping costs; 3) Product(s) must be boxed/packaged for shipment via USPS, UPS, or FedEx properly, securely, and adequately, using approved protective packaging and shipping materials, so it arrives to us unmarked and undamaged; 4) The original outbound shipping charges (which we paid to the shipping company) will not be refunded; 5) Any fees or percentages deducted from the original product payment (by PayPal, Google, etc.) which we can’t recover will not be refunded; 5) We will not accept product returns if: you/receiver fail to pick up or take delivery of the product within the reasonable delivery period; if package is undeliverable or delayed for any reason after we ship within a reasonable or announced/posted timeframe; if your deadline to receive package was missed for any reason other than a delay directly on our part (additionally, any damage claims must be filed with the shipping company); 5) If refund is issued, it will be only for actual purchase price of the product returned (factoring discounts or special offers), less 15% of that amount for restocking fee. |
