Shipping is
included to the continental USA, curbside
service if your item ships freight to a business (an $80 surcharge if sent to a
residence which is extra). All other items (non-freight, small to medium sized
items) are shipped Fedex Ground, DHL, UPS, etc at our expense to your door.
•Tracking
Numbers
If your item
ships common carrier (Fedex, Etc) a tracking number can be obtained from our
warehouse upon request. Our systems don’t update before many times a
package already arrives to you. However, if your item ships freight the
following applies. Shipping is always included at Martelle International,
LLC., which removes all the risk from the client. Shipping costs
fluctuate so cost is kept in check with shipper’s bidding on Martelle’s order
fulfillment. Items are typically carried by two or more carriers
traveling towards the client’s destination. Items are passed among
different carriers with new tracking numbers assigned which disallows a “real
time” tracking like you would have with FedEx, etc. This “baton pass” may
occur once or multiple times depending on which warehouse your item originates
and the final destination. The process takes 4-8 weeks on average and the
risk of the rate is carried by us so your patience is greatly appreciated. We
know you will love the piece once it arrives!
•Please
inspect your item upon arrival!
If your item
arrives common carrier (Fedex, etc) please open the package within 12 hours and
contact us within 12 hours if there is damage so we can correct it. If
your item ships freight- Inspect your item before the driver leaves! If
your item is damaged we can't take responsibility unless you, the buyer write
on the "bill of lading" (the same document the driver has you sign
accepting the delivery) that the item is damaged…. Or if they won’t wait…write
on the Bill of lading, “Accepted upon Inspection”! This is extremely
important. Then contact us for an immediate replacement or call tag to pick the
item up for a refund. Damage is rarely if ever covered unless you inspect
freight and document the condition before it is left with you.

Foundation from our profits. Without you it isn’t possible!
•Temporarily
Unavailable Items
If an item
you have ordered is temporarily unavailable (sold out before listing ends), you
will be notified as soon as possible. You will be given the estimated date the
item will be back in stock, and have the options to either wait until the item
comes back in stock, or cancel the order and receive a full refund
