WE
ACCEPT PAYPAL, CHECK, OR BANK WIRE ONLY PLEASE. FUNDS MUST CLEAR
BEFORE ITEM IS SHIPPED. ITEMS TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PACK WHICH IS DONE
AT OUR EXPENSE. SOME ITEMS HAVE TO BE ASSEMBLED AND ARE BETTER
SHIPPED IN PIECES; ASSEMBLY IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. LOCAL
PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE. Also, the seller reserves the right not to
sell an item if payment is not rendered within 12 hours of “buying it now”,
auction end, or agreed price! Our items cannot be pulled out of
inventory until payment clears.
PACKING
AND INSURANCE
We pack every item responsibly and with care to make
sure that your treasure arrives intact. However, insurance is still
recommended. Bidding on this auction means that you have read this and
understand that we are not liable for lost or damaged items after mailing
unless you have paid for mailing insurance. All products are
inspected before packing and are packed with the utmost care using
specially engineered packing materials and extra strength boxes to protect
them during normal shipping. Our packing crews personally sign each
shipment; look for this notice on the outside of the box.
DONATIONS
A
Portion of your purchase is donated to the American Heart Association for
education and research towards Heart disease and Stroke. It is taken
from our profits but not possible without your purchases, in faith, Thank

INSPECT
YOUR SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL!
It
is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the package(s) upon
arrival at their doorstep. Sometimes the exterior of the box may not
show visible sign(s) of damage. While the Delivery Company is there, please
open and inspect the contents of your box(es). If there is any damage to
your product, you have to refuse the delivery in order for our warranty to
be validated. If you accept the package(s) damaged, it will be difficult to
have the shipper cover the product under their insurance policy.
Back
orders
If an item you have ordered
turns out to be temporarily unavailable (Back-Order), you will be notified
as soon as possible. You will be given the estimated date the item will be
back in stock, and have the options to either wait until the item comes
back in stock, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Discontinued or
Out of Stock
On rare occasions, an item will
be permanently discontinued without prior notice. This is usually due to
the manufacturer discontinuing production of the item model. The only thing
we can do if this happens is to notify you immediately, issue a full refund
as quickly as possible and apologize profusely on behalf of ourselves, our
supplier and the manufacturer.
Tracking
Numbers
Tracking numbers are not usually
given because many of our items ship freight which is more difficult to
track than a typical FEDEX package. Upon request we will provide a
tracking number after the processing time required and stated above.
We are shipping furniture not laptops. They have to be packed well
and with care to the piece and it’s new owner…You! Additionally, your
item may have shipped from one of four locations in the USA so it does take
some time to obtain you a number so your patience is greatly
appreciated. We have 100% feedback because we ship what we sell so
please give us time to insure a successful process!
