Payment Policy
Payment must be by PayPal. We are registered as a business in Ontario, Canada. If your item is delivered to Canada, taxes will apply. Depending on the province you reside in either 5% GST or 13% HST will be charged.
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide in strictest confidence. Our packages are sealed and will show MMC Liquidations on the label. Any required customs documentation will be completed with care to ensure your discretion. We ship from multiple warehouses (some in the U.S. and some in Canada), therefore physically combining your items for shipment may not be possible. The location of the item is provided for each listing.
Shipping insurance is included in the price. Your items are normally shipped within 2-3 business days; footwear can take up to a week to ship as our California warehouse processes over 1,000 orders/week. Please enquire for shipping cost to countries other than Canada or the U.S. We ship internationally only to PayPal confirmed addresses.
Returns Policy
Our items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We will gladly accept the return of almost any item, NO QUESTIONS asked. In order to qualify for a refund of the item cost, item(s) must be returned in original resaleable condition, tags intact and in original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable, except in rare situation that a defect is discovered.
Intimate apparel, breast forms, wigs and bathing suits cannot be returned for a refund due to restrictions imposed by federal, provincial and state regulations. Software and movies (DVDs and VHS) cannot be returned due to manufacturer restrictions on the copying of these items.
