Digital Item Shipping: Digital items are emailed to your payment email address within 48 hours of cleared payment. They will be emailed from [email protected]. Please look out for this email. If you do not receive your email within 48 hours please first check your spam/junk folder. If they are not there please email me and I will re-send them. Due to the nature of the item there are no refunds on digital items. If you have a problem with your order please contact me and I will help you to the best of my ability. Shipping of Physical Items: We ship to US addresses only via USPS.

Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order duringcheckout.

Return Policy: I will accept returns on physically shipped items within 15 days of confirmation that you received the item. Personalized items can not be returned for any reason. Defective merchandise can be exchaged for the same item within 15 days of confirmation that it was delivered. I use copy and paste when adding names to personalized items. Please make sure the name is spelled correctly.
